Bradley A. Green
Brad Green represents clients from across the country in both Alabama and Federal courts. His practice is focused on civil litigation and domestic relations. Mr. Green has tried numerous highly complex cases involving child custody, interstate jurisdiction, asset division/business valuation, and marital torts. In addition, he has tried numerous cases involving commercial/contractual disputes, representing a variety of corporations as well as individuals. During his career, he has appeared in the majority of Alabama’s judicial circuits.
Mr. Green holds his Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law. While at the University, he was a member of the law school's National Trial Advocacy Team. As a member of that team he tried cases against other law schools from across the country. He was twice the recipient of the George Peach Taylor Award for trial advocacy and served as senior editor of The Law and Psychology Review.
Mr. Green hails from Corner, Alabama and holds a B.A. from Birmingham-Southern College in Political Science. At Birmingham-Southern he was inducted into Phi Alpha Theta and Pi Sigma Alpha honor societies. He was active in the Student Government Association at BSC and was the recipient of the David Vann Award in Political Science.
Mr. Green is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Birmingham Bar Association, where he remains active in various sections and committees. Beyond his practice Mr. Green enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and fishing. For several years Mr. Green has volunteered with Alabama Boys State, a civics program sponsored by the American Legion.
